1. Still not shipped out for you.the shoes out of stock,you can send me the picture of shoes or sku of the shoes for exchange.notice:pls choose the similar price shoes

2. have shipped out for you.if you want to exhange,you need to pay both times shipping cost.if you are ok, you can do that exchange.but most advise not do that. as the shipping cost is too high for is not good deal with it.
